Delaney Park celebrated the Grand Opening of its first new neighborhood, Northpoint by D.R. Horton on March 9th!  Last weekend, Northpoint opened the first model homes for touring at Delaney Park and commenced sales for the first homes. City of Oakley pushes forward enhancement projects

Various community-enhancement projects are moving forward in Oakley, according to a recently released report.

These projects include the new recreation center at the old Moura Property on O’Hara Avenue, which should be completed in March; several planned Laurel Road improvements; and a new San Joaquin Joint Power Authorities train station platform.

“There is a lot going on,” said Oakley Mayor Claire Alaura.
